- Work closely with central teams to execute strategic initiatives
- Represent the Ireland business at leadership and board level
- Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities across the market
- Exposure to executive leadership and board-level decision making
- The opportunity to shape the growth strategy for a national market
- Involvement in wider UK & ROI leadership initiatives

- Significant leadership experience in multi-site retail, healthcare, or service environments
- Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and operational performance
- Strong experience in business development, expansion, or partnerships
- Full P&L ownership and financial management experience
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
- Strong stakeholder management, including executive and board-level exposure
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into delivery
- Experience within healthcare or regulated environments
- Experience leading transformation or growth programmes
- Degree or leadership qualification
