- Manage all aspects of planned and reactive utility inspection works.
- Lead the coordination of inspection teams across multiple sites and contracts.
- Develop and manage rostering, resource allocation, and shift planning.
- Oversee the deployment of crews for emergency or reactive works.
- Contract Delivery & Compliance
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with contract terms, timelines, and budgets.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance and inspection schedules.
- Liaise with internal teams and subcontractors for contract performance.
- Client and Team Interaction
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients.
- Lead daily team briefings and review meetings.
- Facilitate clear reporting between crews, engineering teams and clients
- Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
- Produce daily/weekly reports.
- Maintain accurate and auditable records.
- Health, Safety & Quality
- Promote a safe working culture.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract or field operations management, ideally within utilities or inspection services.
- Strong experience in rostering, reactive response coordination, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage field-based teams and liaise with senior stakeholders.
- Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and mobile workforce tools
