This is a training and work experience opportunity for a Retail Fashion Assistant. The successful candidate will be assisted by a supportive team. Participant will be assigned a mentor who will help the trainee develop new skills and gain experience in a busy environment. This role is 100% focused on training and development. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop a broad range of professional skills while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment. No previous experience is required as we will provide full training. What You Will Learn: • Operational Support: Assisting with stock deliveries. Learning to assist with shop and window displays and merchandising Learn how to process payments and record sales. • Customer Engagement: Learning how to greet and assist customers with queries. • Product Knowledge: Become familiar with the different brands, sizing conversions and best practice for looking after the products. • Stock Room Maintenance: Assist with implementing high standards of organization in the stock room and on the shop floor to ensure a clean and organized shopping environment. Will also include sorting, pricing and preparing stock for the shop floor and on the website • Administration: Learning the process of online sales, including website administration ,how to use woo commerce website uploading stock and processing online sales some office admin including using excel • Health & Safety: Shadowing staff when retrieving or moving stock from as necessary.Role Description This is a training and work experience opportunity; no prior experience in this role is necessary.
