- Manage a portfolio of clients - strategically and tactically.
- Build and main positive relationships with clients at various levels.
- Manage and engage with the client in a timely well managed roadmap of work.
- Be the first point of contact to gather accurate and complete requirements for tasks.
- Conduct ongoing meetings with clients to go over the status of all activities.
- Funnel all agreed work for the StudioForty9 team via clearly articulated tickets.
- Work closely with internal teams on the execution of agreed work.
- Following up with team members to make sure support requests and queries are being followed up/actioned/closed.
- Be the first point of contact for an initial diagnosis or troubleshooting of a client issue to ensure enough information has been gathered for the relevant internal teams to resolve the issue.
- Build and document knowledge of the client's business and maintain documented records of client discussions.
- Actively contribute to ensuring financial targets are reached.
- Managing the ongoing invoicing and budgets for your clients.
- A minimum of 2 years working within an Ecommerce environment. (Experience with Shopify / BigCommerce / Magento / Shopware will be an advantage).
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience handling a number of key client accounts.
- Ideally has previous experience working alongside developers/designers and the ability to articulate projects/work in a clear, precise, timely and organised manner.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent Organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and agile.
- Great attitude, ambitious, highly collaborative and a drive to get things done and 'make it happen'.
- A working understanding of ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and how they can be leveraged to influence acquisition side metrics.
- A working understanding of leading ecommerce providers such as Klaviyo, Nosto, TrustPilot would be an advantage.
- Understanding of basic underlying technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS will definitely be an advantage.
