We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design and deliver innovative solutions for complex building projects. This position is based in Dublin and involves leading mechanical services design, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create sustainable, efficient, and high-performance buildings.Responsibilities
  • Develop mechanical services designs for diverse projects (e.g., commercial, healthcare, education).
  • Coordinate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to establish design parameters and ensure seamless integration with other disciplines.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, specifications, and cost estimates for mechanical installations.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and building codes.
  • Utilize advanced design tools, such as Revit, to produce and refine technical models.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
  • Minimum 4 years of design experience in a consultancy environment.
  • Proficiency in HVAC, public health, and other building services systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and industry standards.
  • Experience with Revit; knowledge of Dynamo scripting is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
