The Marketing Tools group helps Squarespace users grow their businesses by enabling them to create, target, and automate email campaigns. We power one-time email sends, automated messages triggered by customer actions, and audience segmentation, helping users deliver the right message to the right people at the right time.We're looking for engineers to help build and scale the systems behind campaign creation, audience management, segmentation, and automation. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver reliable and intuitive features that help our users engage their audiences.This is a hybrid role based in our Dublin office.   • Build: Develop user-facing features using modern JavaScript and frontend frameworks.
  • Collaborate: Partner with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver accessible, performant, and reliable interfaces.
  • Architect: Contribute to system design and frontend architecture, helping shape technical direction for new and existing features.
  • Mentor: Provide guidance and support to other engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
  • Own: Take end-to-end ownership of features throughout the full development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
Who We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience building frontend applications in a production environment.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of modern frontend tooling, testing, and component-based design.
  • Experience contributing to frontend architecture and design decisions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Passion for user experience and building clean, intuitive, and accessible interfaces.
  • Experience working within a design system is a plus.
