- Construct and assemble formwork for beams, columns, slabs, and walls based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood or other materials to create formwork.
- Install and align formwork to ensure accurate placement and support for concrete pours.
- Maintain and repair existing formwork as needed.
- Ensure all formwork is properly reinforced and secured.
- Collaborate with concrete workers and other construction professionals to ensure smooth workflow.
- Inspect formwork for defects and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Work in accordance with local building codes and regulations.
- Safe Pass & Manual Handling certificate
- Proven Previous experience as a shuttering carpenter
