OTC Sales Assistant

• Assist customers in finding OTC products based on their needs and preferences, providing accurate information and advice.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the till system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer service goals.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is essential.
• Knowledge of OTC healthcare products is highly desirable.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

• Salary ranging from €14.15 to €15.50 per hour
• 40-hour working week with a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute tea breaks.
• No Sundays or public holidays, and only 1 in 3 Saturdays required.
