Job Title: Contracts Manager
Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 DOE
Benefits: Company Vehicle, Diesel Card & Toll Tag.
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Head Office Dublin 15, with flexible work arrangements, to include work from Home, Office and on Site.
Reporting To: Operations ManagerRole & Responsibilities:
This is a new and permanent role representing an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person to take a leadership role within an established building company. We are looking to bring in a Contracts/Project Manager to help successfully deliver our projects and form a key part of our Construction Department.
 Managing Projects with annual total value of between €5M and €7M, and with individual project values typically of between €500k and €3M.
 Managing 2 to 3 Projects at a time, where a Site Manager will be based day to day
 Pre-start Project Planning, including preparing construction programmes
 Setting up daily/weekly tasks for your Site Managers
 Liaising with Clients & their Design Teams
 Reviewing drawing packages and issues
 Monitoring quality on site and dealing with any quality issues
 Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality statutory and regulatory requirementsQualification & Education Requirements:
 10+ years (minimum) Industry Experience
 3rd level qualification in relevant field, site management, engineering or relevant trade qualification and experience.
 Excellent reporting, analytical and computer skills.
