Project Manager

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential construction sites
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, labor, materials, and subcontractors
• Monitor budgets, costs, and project progress to ensure timely delivery
• Work closely with site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project compliance
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Ensure all work is completed to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and change orders quickly
• Track procurement and deliveries to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in residential construction
• Strong knowledge of residential building processes, scheduling, and site coordination
• Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with budgets, cost control, and project reporting
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with construction management software, Microsoft Office, and general project reporting tools

• Background in residential builds
• Experience managing multiple residential sites or phases
• Relevant construction management or trade qualification
