- Developing new business across manufacturing, industrial, warehousing and logistics clients
- Selling temporary and contract staffing solutions (high-volume workforce supply)
- Building long-term partnerships with production managers, plant managers, HR and operations teams
- Identifying workforce needs including shift cover, seasonal demand and volume hiring
- Managing and converting a strong pipeline of new opportunities
- Meeting and exceeding revenue, margin and growth targets
- Collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure efficient fulfilment and retention of temporary staff
- Managing all activity, pipeline and performance through CRM systems
- Proven experience in business development, sales or account management
- Background in recruitment, agency staffing or labour hire (temporary staffing preferred)
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial or logistics sectors is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of high-volume staffing models and client workforce challenges
- Commercially driven, self-motivated and comfortable building a new territory
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full clean driving licence
- Strong base salary (DOE)
