- Oversee and monitor subcontractor works to ensure quality control.
- Manage site drawings and coordinate setting-out duties.
- Supervise groundworks, civil works, RC frames, and residential plots.
- Develop strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
- Maintain accurate site records and quality assurance documentation.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- A HETAC Level 8 qualification in Engineering.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple project elements effectively.
