- Resolve onsite conflicts and troubleshoot problems promptly to avoid project delays.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, permits, and legal requirements throughout the construction process.
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide diverse construction crews.
- In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Effective communication and organisational skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Relevant construction certifications or qualifications, such as CSCS or equivalent.
