Director of Rooms 5* Hotel Galway

• The Director of Rooms will oversee all aspects of Front Office, Accommodation including on premise Laundry, and Spa Departments.
• Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, working closely with the Hotel General Manager as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Co-ordinating the guest journey across these 3 key departments. Ensuring communication channels are clear and the guest experience is seamless throughout.
• A demonstrable track record of success in 5 Star Luxury Hotel environment is essential for this role. Success will include metrics on Guest Satisfaction / Finance / Team Development etc.
• Chosen candidate will have exceptional levels of Attention to Detail and an ability to instill these standards in their team members.
• The successful candidate will mentor and develop their team members, ensuring colleagues have individual succession plans creating growth opportunities, both within the hotel and the wider MHL Hotel Collection. .
• Sound financial analytical skills are essential. Liaising with Senior Management and Finance Department, this candidate will be responsible for ensuring all Financial KPI's are met or exceeded.
