- Define and manage Salesforce roadmap aligned to GTM strategy
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Rev Ops leaders
- Prioritize backlog and manage enhancement pipeline
- Own platform configuration standards (flows, validation rules, objects)
- Deep experience designing custom objects, complex automation and validation logic
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model design and normalization
- Prevent technical debt and configuration sprawl
- Oversee sandbox strategy and release management
- Ensure role hierarchy and security model integrity
- Design scalable workflows for lead management, opportunity lifecycle, renewals, forecasting
- Improve data quality and reporting reliability
- Ensure CRM data integrity supports executive reporting
- Partner with integration team to optimize integrations between Salesforce and:
- Workday Financials
- Data platform
- Support tools
- Engineering systems (if applicable)
- High user adoption and forecast trust
- Reduced manual process workarounds
- Stable CRM environment with controlled change management
- 6–10+ years Salesforce platform experience
- Strong revenue operations process knowledge
- Experience owning CRM roadmap
- Integration and API fluency
- Salesforce certifications preferred
