- To assist in ensuring that the kitchen operations run smoothly, working together with all other chefs and the service teams.
- Carry out basic cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning schedules.
- To collect and clean pots, pans and utensils.
- To use correct cleaning materials and chemicals as directed.
- To maintain cleanliness and tidiness always, adhering to our HACCP system and health and safety regulations.
- Maintaining professionalism always, ensuring a professional manner and tone is used when dealing with all team members across all departments.
- To carry out any duties as requested by the Chefs on duty.
- To ensure that the kitchen is always being kept clean and tidy, cleaning own immediate area of work.
- To ensure that any anticipated shortages of cleaning products and materials are promptly communicated to the Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef.
- Other duties and responsibilities as dictated by the culinary leadership, not mentioned in this document.
