Creative and passionate about culinary arts
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and have positive attitude
Flexible with hours/ own Transport
Strong interpersonal, leadership, time management and organisational skills
Full working rights in Ireland.

Main Duties:

Preparing and presenting quality dishes for the Pippin Tree restaurant.
To ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion and to the appropriate agreed standard.
Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
Engage with guest and act upon guest feedback
Ensuring SOPs are updated and all team members are fully trained
Provide team training on our standards and customer service
Working alongside and supporting our Executive Head Chef
Motivate and create engaging work environment within the department
To have excellent product knowledge and enjoy sharing it
