Within the team are highly experienced vets and nurses, including certificate holders across a range of specialties such as Diagnostic Imaging, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Endoscopy, ECC, and Anaesthesia.The ideal candidate will be a Veterinary Surgeon with at least two years experience, a strong interest in small animal practice, and a commitment to providing the highest level of care. They will be a team player who is motivated, diligent, and client-focused. Continuous professional development is actively encouraged and supported, with opportunities for further education and specialist training.Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and care for patients in line with the standards of the Veterinary Council of Ireland.
- Manage a wide range of cases and perform surgical procedures with confidence and precision.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver consistent, compassionate veterinary care.
- Participate in staff training and contribute to maintaining best practice standards.
- Carry out administrative tasks including referral letters, laboratory submissions, vaccination records, passports, and insurance forms.
- Adhere to professional conduct guidelines and remain up to date with CPD requirements.
