- As Customer Service Supervisor, you will lead, motivate, and manage a highly skilled customer service team, hoping to achieve and exceed daily productivity and performance metrics across various product lines.
- You will coach and guide your team while providing clear direction and developing their professional capabilities, and ensure efficient and courteous service, resolving queries and problems promptly and accurately.
- As Customer Service Supervisor you will analyse department and team data and create reports to assist management in achieving call centre goals, while also proactively revise existing procedures to make improvements and increase productivity and efficiency.
- Must be APA qualified, ideally CIP qualified.
- At least 2 years of proven supervisory experience in a contact centre environment, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work under pressure while leading and motivating your team.
- Flexibility to work during the Insurance Contact Centre opening hours of 8am-8pm, Mon-Sat.
