Position: Mobile & Site Based Maintenance Technician - Mechanical/Plumber/PipefitterLocation: Leinster (Travel is required)
Hours: 39 Hours per week
Salary: Depend on experienceExperience: 3+ Years in a similar rolePlease note all posts are subject to satisfactory referencesKey Responsibilities of a Mobile & Site Based Maintenance Technician:
  • General plumbing duties
  • Install, maintain & repair a large range of mechanical, plumbing HVAC plant and equipment
  • Proven ability to diagnose and repair faults in engineering installations and associated plant and equipment including hot (DHW) and cold water systems, LPHW/LTHW systems, pressurisation units, pump sets.
  • Carry out Preventive and predictive maintenance works.
  • Maintain PPM & Reactive maintenance records electronically and written where required.
  • Follow instructions and update records by verbal, written & electronic means.
  • Adhere to our Health & Safety policies and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Co-operate and participate fully in training and development in cross skilling and other job related competencies.
Candidate Requirements
  • Aptitude for process awareness, diagnostic/trouble shooting experience
  • Good team player that can use their initiative
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, Computer skills essential.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
