Responsibilities
Provide a safe, supportive environment for clients
Offer companionship, assist with daily living tasks, and support community integration
Help clients achieve independence and personal goals
Build trusting relationships through emotional support
Requirements
Experience in Social Care, mental health support, intellectual disabilities, or complex needs
A passion for promoting independence and dignity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability for night and weekend shifts
A full driving license is essential
CORU-registered or currently in the process of registering
