- Project Lifecycle Management: Independently manage small to medium-sized projects and provide strategic support to Senior PMs on large-scale initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams across Quality, Validation, Engineering, and Supply Chain, while providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans and schedules, coordinating parallel activities across Facilities, EHS, and QA to minimize business interruption.
- Design & Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with local/corporate safety standards, Good Engineering Practices (GEP), and global regulatory codes.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, categorize, and mitigate project risks relating to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Technical Procurement: Generate specifications for the procurement and installation of equipment and instrumentation, collaborating with Global Procurement to maximize functional value.
- Commissioning & Qualification: Lead the start-up and commissioning of all project systems and coordinate engineering support for validation activities as required.
- Education: Degree in an Engineering discipline or related technical field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of Project Engineering or Project Management experience across the full lifecycle within a Pharmaceutical or Biologics environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding of project stage-gate processes, scope development, and implementation within a GMP setting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and influence skills, with a proven ability to manage diverse teams of professionals and external contractors.
- Tools: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or similar budgeting tools is highly desirable.
