- Validate lead times with suppliers and integrate them into the programme.
- Contribute to value engineering and buildability reviews, ensuring programmes are practical and efficient.
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, planning permissions, and Health & Safety legislation.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in planning within residential construction.
- Proven experience as a Construction Planner, preferably within the residential development sector in Ireland.
- Proficiency in Asta Powerproject software (essential).
- Strong technical understanding of the Irish housebuilding process – from greenfield site to handover, including groundworks, utilities, timber frame/traditional build, and fit-out.
- Knowledge of Irish construction regulations, planning requirements, and BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Experience in high-profile residential developments across Ireland.
