- Producing high-quality dishes across multiple outlets including gastro bar food, Ã la carte dining, and banqueting.
- Managing your section efficiently, ensuring top-class mise en place, consistency, and smooth service.
- Working closely with senior chefs on seasonal menus, specials, and creative input.
- Maintaining excellent food safety, kitchen hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Supporting with stock rotation, ordering, waste management, and portion control.
- Contributing positively to a strong, collaborative, and well-established kitchen team.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy hotel, restaurant, or gastro-style environment.
- Experience across bar food, Ã la carte, and/or banqueting is highly beneficial.
- A passion for producing high-quality, consistent dishes.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
- Own transport required.
