It has significant occupancy throughout the year, a reputation for excellent guest service and is an exceptionally relaxing, comfortable destination venue.The Role:A Bar Supervisor is required for Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests in a fast-paced environment within the parameters of our Food and Beverage outlets.Duties and Responsibilities:

Opening and closing procedures.
Overseeing all food service within the bar.
Ensuring the bar staff follow the correct steps of service.
Providing training for staff members.
Providing the highest quality service for our guests.
Plan ahead to ensure a smooth service.
Staff briefings and after service chats.
Comply with health and safety procedures at all times.
Assist the Bar Manager with stock control.

The Ideal Candidate will:

Be able to motivate a team.
Work well as part of a team and on their own initiative.
Be a good communicator and passionate about their work
Have experience of working in a Bar environment.
Knowledge of Cocktail making, essential.
Have experience of working to high safety standards.
