- Will execute current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and good documentation
- Complete site training and keep up-to-date with latest operational procedures.
- Receive all deliveries on Customers ERP system as per MRO Storeroom SOP.
- Receive all deliveries to site and advise relevant parties of the deliveries, distribute all
- Find and Issue all material requests to maintenance work orders. Be available to
(key issue, high value item issues etc.)
- Daily cycle counting and feedback to Storeroom manager.
- Ensure storeroom housekeeping and safety is always to audit readiness.
- Maintain the weekly count of VMI materials, advising the Account Manager of
stock check of VMI cabinets.
- Process and pack any returns materials to suppliers.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with Site and Storeroom SOP’s.
licenses are up to date for all types of forklift on site
- Action urgent requests in a timely manner , keep stakeholders informed with up to
- Experience with ERP systems and RF Scanners
- Have good attention to detail and be able to prioritize
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Excel, Word and Outlook skills
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
