- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team.
- Ensure staff are trained, engaged, and equipped to deliver premium customer experiences.
- Manage team performance to achieve both individual and store objectives.
- Maintain accountability for timely completion of all operational tasks, including end-of-day packdowns and brand changeovers.
- Recruit, coach, and develop new team members, fostering a culture of confidence and professional growth.
- Drive sales and meet or exceed brand KPIs across all resident brands.
- Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to optimize growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with brand representatives to ensure alignment with brand standards and expectations.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring high standards in visual merchandising, stock management, cash handling and customer service.
- Plan and execute brand changeovers efficiently and accurately, with minimal disruption to trading.
- Ensure timely packdowns, stock replenishment, and store readiness, proactively addressing operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements, and operational procedures.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and cost control measures to support profitability.
- Act as an ambassador for Lone Design Club and all hosted brands, ensuring a consistent, premium customer journey.
- Support marketing initiatives, in-store activations, and special events.
- Keep abreast of fashion trends, competitor activity, and brand rotations to maximise commercial opportunities.
- Extensive experience in luxury, multi-brand, or high-end retail management.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve targets.
- Strong operational expertise, preferably with multi-brand management, visual merchandising, and timely store changeovers.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting brand KPIs and sales objectives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Kildare Village operations is highly beneficial.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Drive sales growth while maintaining high operational standards.
- Successfully manage a multi-brand environment with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Lead a team to deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences.
- Ensure all operational tasks, including packdowns and brand changeovers, are completed on time.
- Build strong relationships with brands, colleagues, and customers alike.
- Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising.
