An established main contractor is looking to appoint a Site Manager to lead building projects across Dublin and surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of sectors including high-spec residential, commercial buildings, life science facilities, data centres, and specialist environments such as cleanrooms and hospitals.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour on site.Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and safety documentation.Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company procedures.Liaise with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to drive progress.Requirements:4+ years’ experience in a site management role on building projects.Strong background in at least one of the following sectors: residential, commercial, pharma, or industrial.Excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations and safety standards.Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Relevant qualifications (e.g., construction management, engineering, trade background with experience).Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package (pension, car allowance, life assurance, health etc)Projects with leading clients and strong pipeline of future work.Supportive team culture with long-term career development opportunities.
