- Completion of planned maintenance on scheduled weekly.

- Immediate response to any unplanned adverse event such as breakdowns, BMS alarms, fire alarms, etc. (including out of hours on call as per 4-week rota)
- Management of any contractor’s onsite ensuring all permit and method statement requirement are full filled.
- Stakeholder management to ensure clear open communications of any issues onsite.
- Ensure near misses are reported and escalated as appropriate.
- Ensure all contractors onsite are managed through relevant permit systems.
- Ensure all Utilities areas and systems are maintained in a safe manner.
- Ensure all activities undertaken are risk assessed prior to starting and managed appropriately.
- Ensure all Utilities systems are maintained in a EHS compliant manner.
- Ensure acceptable level of housekeeping is maintained at all times.
- Ensure all quality issues are reported and escalated appropriately.
- Ensure all contractors onsite are managed through relevant permit systems.
- Ensure all Utilities and systems are maintained in a GMP compliant manner.
- Ensure all documentation is completed on schedule in a GMP compliant manner
- Stakeholder management to ensure clear open communications of any issues onsite.
- Contractor management while working on site
- Qualified fitter/ qualified electrician or apprentice (fitter/electrician)
- Minimum 3 years in high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Understands the GMP requirements for operation and maintenance of critical systems
- Understands the operation and safety requirements of all mechanical and electrical systems to be maintained on-site
- Good understanding and appreciation of energy management, and energy waste factors
- General understanding of the basic operation and safety requirements of hydraulic and pneumatic/instrument systems
- Understands their responsibilities in the Maintenance Plan programme
- Understands all essential policies (and relevant SOP’s as detailed below) in relation to site safety, environment, security, change control process and GMP / work permit systems etc.
