- Completion of the weekly staff rotas using the in-house Time & Attendance System, delivering the required skills resources whilst ensuring compliance with relevant Working Time legislation.
- Consult, plan and schedule training for production workers in conjunction with Human Resources and Training functions.
- Skill gap reviews and coordination with recruitment team
- Managing of the ANL, absence, sickness, etc.
- Liaise with 3rd party temporary staff suppliers.
- Amend weekly staff rosters daily by category and production area. This will allow for the delivery of only the labour resources required by production each day i.e. the most effective and efficient use of labour resources.
- Daily interaction with supervisors, team leaders and operatives to help solve any potential labour constraints as they arise to avoid negative impact to the operation.
- Schedule and execution of labour requirements, per shift.
- Serve as a day-to-day interface between Production, Payroll and HR functions.
- Weekly supply payroll, worked hours, breakdown of skill set and breakdown of all absence types for both agency and Keelings workers
- Compile Daily KPI‘s and Weekly Management Information Reports as needed.
- Maintaining the staff records, daily updates, and amendments as per business needs
- Data Entry
- Any other relevant duties deemed appropriate by the Company.
- Fluency in both Oral and Written English is essential.
- Intermediate level MS Excel essential. Advanced level is preferable
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills are essential
- Must be a fast learner, ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Good telephone manner is essential
- Flexible working patterns (production operate 7 days per week, 24/7) Individuals will be required to work any five over seven days. Flexibility could be required outside of standard shift depending on business, willingness to work additional hours if required.

- Must be competent with PC, E-mail, MS Excel.
- Previous experience in Labour Planning, or staff rostering at a high volume would be a distinct advantage.
