SPV Fund AccountantAbout Your New EmployerOur client is a global alternative investment firm headquartered in New York City, with offices across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. With more than 250 employees and a strong reputation in distressed and event-driven investing, they remains one of the leading players in global credit markets. This firm is now looking for an experienced SPV Fund Accountant to join their growing Dublin office.About Your New Job
  • As SPV Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in accounting and review of the books and records of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) along with the Fund Accounting team.
  • You will partner with the global team to conduct accounting and review of complex funds and related SPVs, as well as determining net asset values, calculating fund performance and allocating expenses.
  • You will manage third party administration, review monthly and quarterly books of funds and assist with year - end audits.
What Skills You Need
  • You will need 5-8 years experience as a working Fund Accountant with strong Private Assets and/or SPV exposure.
  • Strong product knowledge, including fixed income instruments and derivatives as well as a good understanding of accounting for alternative fund structures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
