This approach helps us work together effectively and create a supportive, connected environment for our team and clients alike.Claims DivisionOur Claims Adjusters handle portfolios of complex claims from coverage enquiry through legal liability assessment (where relevant) and quantum analysis, to timely and accurate resolution.   • Handling claims including appointing investigators and expert witnesses.
  • Working closely with brokers and AIG policyholders on the resolution of claims and provide a high level of customer service, including client review meetings.
  • Reserving accurately in line with AIG’s claims reserving philosophy.
  • Communicating with internal AIG stakeholders where required.
  • Timely, accurate and customer focused claim resolution, minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense.
