- Handling claims including appointing investigators and expert witnesses.
- Working closely with brokers and AIG policyholders on the resolution of claims and provide a high level of customer service, including client review meetings.
- Reserving accurately in line with AIG’s claims reserving philosophy.
- Communicating with internal AIG stakeholders where required.
- Timely, accurate and customer focused claim resolution, minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense.
