Work closely with project teams to establish and meet commissioning milestones.System Testing & Calibration: Execute detailed testing and calibration of mechanical equipment including HVAC, VAVs, ductwork, AHUs, and refrigerant systems.Life Safety Systems: Manage commissioning of fire/smoke damper systems, hydronic pipework, evaporative cooling units, and waste heat recovery.Building Automation Systems (BAS): Oversee controls and instrumentation testing to ensure full integration and performance validation.Troubleshooting: Investigate system issues, resolve deviations, and provide technical solutions in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records, test reports, and system validation logs.
