- Conducting specialist diagnostic assessments for Autism and/or ADHD using evidence-based tools
- Completing functional, sensory, and daily living assessments
- Writing clear, concise, and impactful reports with practical, meaningful recommendations
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive the best possible care
- Keeping up-to-date with professional development, training, and best practice
- CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in neurodevelopmental assessment (Autism, ADHD)
- Knowledge of assessment tools and frameworks relevant to functional and sensory assessment
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Excellent report-writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with sensory integration, functional assessments, or early intervention is a plus
