- Inspire and guide a team of dedicated cleaning professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, cooperation, and continuous improvement
- Provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to team members, ensuring their thorough understanding of GMP principles and strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and SOPs
- Develop and implement detailed cleaning procedures aligned with GMP guidelines and industry best practices
- Maintain vigilant oversight of cleaning activities, meticulously documenting, and curating accurate logbooks that chronicle cleaning schedules, tasks, and deviations
- Foster seamless collaboration with other departments, facilitating synchronized operations that embody GMP principles
- Champion organized inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Oversee the restocking and ordering of cleaning inventory from the warehouse department, ensuring availability of supplies as needed
- Implement proper waste management practices, including sorting general, hazardous, and biohazard waste according to SOPs
- Ensure proper labelling of waste containers
- Collaborate closely with quality assurance and production teams to support internal and external audits, offering your expertise to ensure successful inspections if needed
- Oversee the completion of training and conduct regular checks to ensure team members are well-versed in GMP procedures
- Organize overtime shifts if needed and schedule daily work assignments to ensure optimal coverage
- Completion of Leaving Certificate (or equivalent); additional certifications in GMP and cleanroom practices preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory capacity within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
- Proficiency in GMP principles, regulatory standards, and contamination control
- Strong skills in methodical documentation, logbooks, and records management to ensure precision
- Proficient in navigating computer systems, displaying advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as adeptness in specialized software relevant to documentation
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective communication within the team and during crucial audit processes
- Availability for overtime and the flexibility to support unplanned activities that may arise
- Experience in restocking and inventory management, ensuring supplies are readily available
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot complex situations effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make well-informed decisions
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in GMP cleaning, providing you with valuable expertise
- A valid visa to work in Ireland on a full-time basis is required
