Join a leading food production company with multiple sites across Ireland, the UK, and continental Europe.Biweekly Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (7am–3:30pm & 3:30pm–11pm, Monday–Friday). Occasional Saturday work required.Salary & Benefits:

- Perform mechanical and automation maintenance on plant machinery to minimise downtime and support production schedules
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair process equipment, controls, and refrigeration systems
- Follow work orders and document maintenance tasks using mobile field technology
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company SOPs
- Support the development of technical knowledge across all site mechanical equipment
- Qualified Mechanical, Automation & Maintenance Fitter with at least 3 years post-apprenticeship experience
- Strong experience with industrial machinery, process equipment, automation, and electrical/mechanical installations
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Full driving licence and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours, including shift work and overtime
