- Champion a positive health and safety culture among site teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections and generate detailed reports to ensure compliance
- Collaborate closely with project teams to embed best-practice safety standards
- Provide coaching and guidance to site personnel on EHS matters
- Build strong working relationships across all levels of the project team
- Degree or diploma in Environmental Health & Safety (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred)
- 8+ years' experience in health and safety roles, ideally within construction
- Strong understanding of Irish health and safety regulations and site practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management systems
