Global Luxury Treasures Limited is seeking to recruit a Quality Control Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance across its product operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control systems to ensure that all products consistently meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.The role involves establishing and maintaining quality frameworks across all stages of the operation, working closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for monitoring quality performance, analysing quality data and reports, identifying trends and risks, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to support continuous improvement.The position requires strong leadership skills to manage and support operational teams, enforce quality policies, and ensure that robust documentation, reporting systems, and internal controls are maintained. The role also involves overseeing inspection and verification processes to ensure consistency and accuracy across all quality-related activities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in quality management within a structured operational environment, with the ability to lead teams, manage quality systems, and maintain high standards of compliance and operational performance. Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills are essential. This is a full-time position based on a 39-hour work week. The annual salary will be in line with current Employment Permit requirements. The position will be advertised in accordance with Labour Market Needs Test requirements where applicable.
