
Accounts Assistant

- Prepare and issue accurate monthly client invoices and statements
- Provide day-to-day support to the finance team across core accounting functions
- Monitor accounts receivable, manage credit control, and follow up on outstanding payments
- Accurately process employee expense claims in a timely manner
- Assist with weekly cashflow forecasting and monthly management reporting
- Maintain financial records using Sage and other accounting tools
- Support ad-hoc finance initiatives and collaborate closely with operations and other departments
- 3+ years experience in an accounts assistant or similar finance role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Solid working knowledge of Sage
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and integrity
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
