Our services include: Advanced Skincare Treatments: Environ, Image Skincare, and CACI facials, Nail Services: Manicures and pedicures using The Gel Bottle and CND Shellac, Specialized Treatments: HD Brows, lash lifts, waxing, tanning, and massage therapiesWe are official stockists of renowned skincare brands such as Environ, Image Skincare, and HD Brows, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality products and services.Primary DutiesAs a Manager / Senior Beauty Therapist, your duties will include:
  • Performing a variety of beauty treatments, with a strong emphasis on facials
  • Leading and mentoring the therapist team to maintain high service standards
  • Managing daily salon operations, including scheduling and client relations
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assisting with inventory management and product ordering
Requirements3 Years minimum experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior therapist or managerial role
  • Proficiency in advanced facial treatments and skincare analysis
  • Qualifications in Shellac/Gel Polish application a plus
  • Additional certifications in HD Brows and lash lifts are advantageous
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
