- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver targeted business development plans and sector initiatives.
- Lead client pitch preparation, proposals, and tender responses, ensuring a compelling and competitive approach.
- Enhance market presence through thought leadership content, events, sponsorships, and digital campaigns.
- Oversee and improve marketing collateral, including capability statements, deal lists, and online content.
- Manage submissions to legal directories, industry rankings, and awards programmes.
- Degree in business, marketing, communications, or law, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years in a senior business development or marketing role within professional services.
- Skilled at engaging with senior executives, partners, and key decision-makers to deliver growth initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially savvy, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
