Due to continued success and growth our client who are an Irish property development company are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the company. This is a permanent position based on a New Build Housing Development in Malahide, Dublin 13.Requirements

Extensive experience in Residential Construction
Trade background or Construction Management/Engineering Related Qualification
Knowledge of latest Building regulations and Standards
Minimum 5-7 years management experience with a medium to large scale developer or contractor
Proven track record of overseeing residential projects from civils right through to turn-key.
