Responsibilities:

Supporting individuals with daily living: Assisting clients with personal care,

medication management, and daily activities to enhance their independence
and quality of life. * Advocacy and safeguarding: Promoting and advocating for the rights ofvulnerable individuals, ensuring they are protected from harm and have access
to appropriate services. * Collaborating with other professionals: Working with healthcare providers,families, and other social care professionals to create and implement care plans
tailored to the needs of clients.Requirements:

Degree in Social Care Level 7/8
Coru Registration desirable
Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 moths
