This role will support both the Accounts and HR functions, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of financial administration and employee-related processes.Responsibilities:Accounts Administration:Purchase ledger management, including statement reconciliationProcessing supplier payments and supplier invoicesDealing with suppliers and resolving account queriesCredit card reconciliationRevolut account reconciliation and expense reportingBank payment allocationOrdering PPE and maintaining accurate stock recordsHR Administration:Daily maintenance of the clock-in/time and attendance systemMonitoring and resolving hours anomaliesTimesheet managementLeave management and record keepingResponding to staff queries on a daily basisWeekly payroll/wages processing for 75+ employeesSupporting the HR Manager with general HR administrationCarrying out ad hoc duties as requested by the HR/Accounts ManagerFor more information please send your CV to Bernie in confidence through the link.If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, please feel free to contact us directly.
