Our menu is prepared fresh onsite every day.We are currently recruiting for part time catering assistants in Colaiste Clavin, Longwood, Co. Meath.These position will commence the end of August and operates around the Secondary school calendar.Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community. Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer (unpaid). This may appeal to people with school going children. We do not offer set working days, flexibility in working days is essential. This position may not be suitable to people in part time education. The position is also subject to Garda Vetting.The position of Catering Supervisor is approx 28.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Shift time approx 7.45am -2.15pm. Half day Wednesday approx 12.00pm finish.The position of part time Catering Assistant is approx 10 -16 hours per week, operating on a 2 day/3 day rotation.Shift time approx 7.45am -2.15pm. Half day Wednesday approx 12.00pm finish.The roles involve the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta & rice dishes. Service of small break, lunch and clean down. It is a very fast paced and busy working environment.Supervisor duties include: rostering, placing orders with food service providers, reporting, daily lodgement to post office, people management.Previous catering experience, knowledge of HACCP is an advantage.
