Following the successful launch of our new European distribution hub in Dublin, Ireland, we are proud to announce we are currently recruiting for x2 Customs Clearance Agents to join us. This state-of-the-art facility near Dublin International Airport is the result of a multi-million pound investment, enabling our evolution into a focused pharma services company. Spanning 46,000 sq. ft, the Dublin hub allows us to expand operations and enhance services, adapting to meet clients' changing needs. Most importantly, we'll offer rapid 24-hour delivery to most of Europe, ensuring timely access to life-saving medicines.Main duties of the role are receiving and distributing pharmaceutical products in accordance with departmental procedures whilst maintaining stock control and ensure a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.Requirements

Previous experience as a Customs Clearance Agent or in a similar customs-related role.
Strong understanding of Irish and EU customs regulations and procedures.
Familiarity with customs tariff codes, duties, and taxes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant customs clearance software and systems such as Thyme IT is advantageous, completion of declarations through AIS, AES, CDS, ENS is required.
Knowledge of international trade practices is a plus.
Relevant certifications or training in customs clearance is desirable.
