Night Porter / Bartender – Permanent PositionBallyseede Castle Hotel is currently recruiting for a Night Porter / Bartender to join our team on a permanent, year-round basis, with a start date in Late April.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional seeking stable employment, strong earnings, and an excellent work–life balance.Role OverviewThis position combines Night Porter duties with Bartending shifts, offering variety and consistent weekly hours of approximately 39 hours per week (with the opportunity for additional hours if desired).Typical Schedule:

2 Night Porter shifts (Friday & Saturday nights)
2–3 Bartender shifts during the week
Potential to achieve a 4-day working week for full-time pay

We operate as a close-knit team, and you will not be left alone during exceptionally busy periods. Support and collaboration are core to our working culture.Key Responsibilities

Guest assistance and late check-ins
Security and property checks throughout the night
Setting up function rooms and public areas
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
Handling basic guest queries professionally and efficiently

Bartender Duties

Preparing and serving beverages and cocktails to a high standard
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Maintaining bar cleanliness and stock control
Working efficiently during busy service periods

Candidate Requirements

Fluent English (essential)
Experience as a Night Porter and/or Bartender
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
Ability to work night shifts and weekends
A positive, team-focused attitude
