Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Engineering, Product teams, or executive leadership.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Experience with Google Ads products.
  • Experience with measurement solutions, including Enhanced Conversions (EC) for Web and Leads, Consent Mode, Customer Match. GA4 and Media Effectiveness
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in an additional European language.
  • Excellent project management skills, especially experience managing projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.

  • Consult with EMEA sellers and customers to identify opportunities for business growth, designing comprehensive, full-funnel measurement solutions that solve business and marketing issues.
  • Partner with sales to effectively position Google’s results against client marketing objectives.
  • Co-ordinate cross-functionally with gTech and Sales teams to drive the end-to-end program management of broader measurement plans, ensuring clients build a data foundation before scaling to advanced media effectiveness testing, while monitoring and reporting on primary adoption metrics and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Global Product and Sales Activation (PSA), and third-party measurement providers to develop internal and external training programs, enhance seller knowledge on Google’s priority measurement solutions.
  • Drive conversations about growth across the Google Ads suite by leveraging expertise in Foundational Measurement or Media Effectiveness.
