The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience. An excellent level of written and spoken English is essential to this role. As a Chef de Partie at Bewley's Grafton Street, you will be responsible for: Always striving to achieve our Core Values & Mission Statement of “Delight the Senses”. Communicate with the Executive Chef and Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the section at all times. To ensure good inter departmental co-operations and communication maintained at all times. Ensure all menus items are prepared and presented according to the established recipes and standards. Use guest and management feedback to improve food quality and presentation. Adhere to government regulations as well as Café standards and company policies and procedures.
