The ideal candidate:
  • Will have 5+years Retail experience managing a large turnover and teams of 30+ colleagues
  • Experience developing future leaders and working with succession plans
  • Experience managing P&L and responsibility for targets and KPIs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
  • Authentic leader who creates an environment where everyone can be themselves and do their best
